PULSE POLIO CAMPAIGN
The Global Polio Eradication Initiative (GPEI) directs ongoing polio campaigns under the Polio Eradication Strategy 2022–2029. The next major nationwide Pulse Polio Immunization Day in India is scheduled for Sunday, June 28, 2026, with booths open to provide polio drops to children under five years of age. On the behalf of Late Dr Sau Vasudha Zade Nursing College & Vishwanand College Of Nursing, Chandrapur from Community Health Nursing department organized the Pulse polio campaign from dated 28-06-2026, 30/06/2026, 01/07/2026, 02/07/2026at URBAN Community, Chandrapur. On Dated 28/06/2026 the national polio campaign was conducted at regional center of urban community of Chandrapur. After Regional Centers Campaign the survey was done with administration of polio drop to under five-year children. It is about three days campaign & students gave the reports to In charge sisters about national pulse polio campaign.
