LIBRARY (2436 sq feet)

• The LDSVZNC library aims at providing access to its printed resources such as books and journals (National and International), magazines, Newspapers as well as research thesis and primarily for the use of faculty and students as well. Its holdings should reflect their interest largely. Total number of books in library 1900. The library stock is updating with latest editions every year. The library is supervised by a committee consisting of the librarian and three members from the faculty.
• The day to day running of the library is conducted by the librarian who is assisted by the library staff and trainee. The library holdings will be checked annually by the library staff.
• We are indeed proud to say that we are having a library which is considered to be the best in Nursing field. We have secured nearly 1000 and above volumes on various subjects of the syllabus and other general interests and also continue to get a number of Indian and foreign Nursing journals.
• The Library is computerized with effect from 2021 and we are subscribed for e-journals and e-books. Internet facilities have been provided to access the online library collections, and any things related to the user area of study and research.
• The library is well ventilated, spacious with comfortable sitting arrangements. Library is working from 9am to 5 pm.
