Worldwide we celebrated International Nurses Day on 12th May 2026 , On behalf of Late Dr Sau Vasudha Zade Nursing College & Vishwanand College Of Nursing Chandrapur on Dated 12/05/2026 11:00 AM , at Auditorium Hall of Vishwanand college of Nursing Chandrapur. International Nurses Day 2026 Theme was “Our Nurses. Our Future”. Empowered Nurses Save Lives.” The programmed was started with traditional lamp lighting ceremony by the all teaching and non-teaching staff. Inauguration of theme also done. On the occasion of nurses day we organized reel making competition on date 11/05/2026 and fancy dress ramp walk on nurses day theme on dated 12/05/2026. Invigilation of reel competition was done by Ms. Sonam Kapoor Ma’am and Dr. Snehal Patil Ma’am and Invigilation of fancy dress competition was done by Dr. Deeplata Mendhe Ma’am HOD & Professor Of Department of Community Health Nursing, SRMMCON. Sawangi. Speech was given by respected chief guest Dr. Deeplata Mendhe Ma’am and Vice President Dr. Nandali Zade Ma’am and. Prize distribution was done to the competition and also cake cutting was done on this International Nurses Day Celebration, 2026. Lastly, programme was end with vote of thanks and national anthem.
