World Health Day 2026, celebrated on April 7, is themed “Together for health. Stand with science”. The campaign emphasizes the critical role of scientific evidence, collaboration, and trust to address global health challenges, including climate change, disease outbreaks, and the need for a One Health approach. Focused on strengthening global health through evidence-based, collaborative action for people, animals, and the planet. On the behalf of Late Dr Sau Vasudha Zade Nursing College & Vishwanand College Of Nursing, Chandrapur from Community Health Nursing department, NSS, Child Health Nursing & OBGY Nursing celebrated the world health day on dated 07/04/2026 at Ramnagr, Indiranagr & Tukum chandrapur. In This programme the students of BSC nursing 5th semester were actively participated in this programme. At Indiranagar UPHC the health awareness session were organized at community setting regarding environmental hygiene. Second Programme were conducted at Ramnagar UPHC were the nursing students performed the awareness skit on the occasion of world health day. Next the Last programme were conducted at Tukum UPHC Anganwadi in that the nursing students & teacher were assessed the height & weight of under five children at anganwadi. At lastly the Programme was ended with vote of thanks.
