On the occasion of National Antiraging day/week, we have conducted competitions like slogan writing & logos designing competitions on dated 14/08/2025. An Anti-Ragging Awareness Program was organized on dated 15/08/2025, in the premises of Late Dr. Sau Vasudha Zade Nursing College, Chandrapur in the wake of anti-ragging week to enhance awareness among the students to have a ragging free and safe campus for study. The programme commenced with a warm welcome addressed by our anchors Ms. Astha Lode & Ms. Raksha Kukudkar 4th semester students. Ms. Sneha Nandeshwar, Assistant Professor from the department of Mental Health Nursing, introduced the Antiraging day. In her address, she emphasised the importance of eradicating ragging from educational institutions and of retaining our college as a ragging free campus. Following that, Ms. Zebanaz Sheikh, Assistant Professor from OBGY department, delivered the seminar address. She also stressed the importance of creating awareness and educating students about the detrimental impact of ragging, encouraging everyone to be vigilant and being proactive in preventing such incidents & also some points also covered in the workshop like Antiraging registration. Following that, prize distribution was done by respected dignitaries, Dr. Vishwas Zade sir president of Jeevan Jyoti Pratisthan, Dr. Nandali Zade ma’am Vice President of Jeevan Jyoti Pratisthan, prof. Narendra Kolte Sir & Dr. Snehal Patil ma’am Associate Professor from the Department of medical surgical Nursing. Runner for the slogan writing competition was Ms. Sakshi Padgilwar from BSc 4th semester & winner was Ms. Monali Garpatti BSc. Runner for the Logos Designing competition was Ms. Shreya Bhoyar from BSc 7th Sem & winner was Ms. Anagha Terkar BSc 7th Sem Here Program comes to end by vote of thanks which was given by Ms. Siddhi Kuthe 4th semester student.
